Much of the inspiration for the designs decorating our frames comes from Orkney's landscape and the islands' long and varied history.

Incorporating elements of Orkney's best known ancient sites and well as dramatic sky and seascapes, wherever possible we use the grain of the wood to enhance each individual design.

Our most popular finishes feature the Ring of Brodgar and the Norse runic inscriptions found in the Neolithic chambered tomb of Maeshowe.

Each of our designs is hand painted onto the frame by Jane Leonard.
